Little Wags is a home based day care aimed at dogs that like a fairly calm, home style environment.

We will only take dogs that are fully vaccinated and toilet trained.

Whilst we offer the dogs a stimulating time in a controlled manner, if we feel they will be better suited to a larger day care, we will let you know.  This can take a few visits before we can assess their behaviour and/or fit with the current guests.  We need to ensure that all the dogs in our care are getting what we promise, a safe and loving environment.

If we feel your dog will do better on a different day due to the temperament of the dog, we will also inform you and do our best to accommodate that change.

As we only take a limited number of dogs each day, if your dog frequently has their regular booking cancelled, we may need to terminate their enrolment with us or a holding fee could be payable.

Little Wags is a place where animals co-mingle in groups and as such during the normal course of play your dog may sustain an injury.  All dog play is carefully monitored at Little Wags to avoid injury but scratches or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.  You agree that if your dog requires emergency treatment/care by a vet whilst in the care of Little Wags that it will be carried out and any costs will be met by you, the owner.  If your dog has caused injury to another, you may also be liable for the vet costs incurred.

You further understand and agree in enrolling your dog that Little Wags has relied on your representation that your dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.  If your dog displays any aggressive behaviour while at Little Wags, it is at the discretion of Little Wags to terminate their day care.

All dogs need to be de-sexed (exception for puppies until he/she reaches an appropriate age) to enrol at Little Wags.  Proof of current vaccinations will need to be provided before enrolment is complete.

You understand that even if your dog is vaccinated for Bordatella (K9 Cough) there is a chance that your dog can still contract K9 Cough.  It is agreed that you will not hold Little Wags responsible if your dog contracts K9 Cough while attending Little Wags, symptoms of K9 cough may not present themselves for up to 10 days, if your dog shows signs you must inform Little Wags.

You allow and consent to your dog being photographed and/or used on the Little Wags Facebook social media site and/or website.

Invoices are emailed out on the last day of the week they are in our care, prompt payment is expected on receipt of the invoice.

A cancellation fee may be payable should you not give adequate notice of cancellation of day care i.e. 12 hours.

We will always communicate with you any concerns we may have in regards to your dog while in our care.  Your dogs happiness and welfare are what is important to us.
